Solo Mosaico

Ismail Akhmetov – Founder

Entrepeneur and patron, lover of mosaic art, Ismail Ahkmetov is the founder and chairman of the SoloMosaico project. In the third millennium, mosaic art is living a new renaissance and Ahkmetov has enthusiastically responded to this new scenario, taking on the challenge of furthering such a glorious tradition. In pursuit of his passion for mosaic, he started to collect mosaic art works. He subsequently gave birth to the SoloMosaico project, publishing the first collector’s edition magazine on mosaic art, in both Russian and English, as well as other publications. His collector’s activity spurred him to organize art exhibitions, thus providing splendid opportunities for artists to showcase their talents and for more and more art lovers to discover the appeal of mosaic.
